Our Christmas Delivery Cut Offs and Christmas Opening Hours

Over the festive season, our delivery times and customer service hours will change. Please make note of the following changes

Friday 16th December 2022 - Last day to order with standard delivery for delivery before Christmas 2022

11am Tuesday 20th December 2022 - Last day to order with Next Working Day Delivery for delivery before Christmas 2022

Friday 23rd December 2022 – last order despatch day for orders placed before 11am. Orders placed after 11am on this day or later during the holiday will not be shipped until Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

Saturday 24 December 2022 - Monday 2 January 2023

During the dates above, our warehouse will be closed, and our customer service team will be on their Christmas holiday. We will still be accepting orders, but no orders will be shipped until Tuesday 3rd January 2023. Similarly, no customer services will not be available via telephone or webchat; any emails send during this period will be answered when we re-open on Tuesday 3rd January 2023

During the Christmas break, customers will still be able to select Next Working Day Delivery at checkout. Any customer who chooses this option will receive their order on Wednesday the 4th January 2023

Customers who choose standard delivery will receive their order, 3-5 working days from the 3rd January 2023.
