Pasta Nostra di Bologna is “Our Pasta”, made with durum wheat grown and harvested in the fields of Italy.
We use a bronze die for our fusilli pasta extrusion, so the sauce sticks to the pasta (it tastes better!)
Each of our recipes are made with only the finest quality ingredients, and are delicious in taste and texture.

Ciao from Ferrara, near Bologna in Italy, where we produce our Pasta Nostra pasta pots.
Our name Pasta Nostra, simply means “Our Pasta”
It is our pasta, made with durum wheat grown in the fields of Italy, and then packed into pots with all natural ingredients at our site in Ferrara.
And in Bologna you find the lively, historic capital of the Emilia-Romagna region in Northern Italy.
AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FUSILLI PASTA
Pasta Nostra is pressed through a bronze mould, called a die, then air-dried slowly to create our characteristic fusilli pasta texture that soaks up every last drop of sauce from each one of our recipes.
And we never us a smooth die, which extrudes a smooth and shiny pasta, which will never stick to the sauce. This would be a cheaper option, but we choose not to do it.
